Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all SASH designer tags and labels are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
